I'm glad you found my blog today and that God spoke to you through it.

That's the ultimate goal... that God will speak to people!

How did you find me anyway?

I'd have to highjack your blog to tell you the spiritual significance of "happening" on your blog today. Not only that, i had to "randomly click" thru some stuff to see this post, and the next one, imparticular.

This passage has more meaning to me and my family than anything right now. This passage, THIS PASSAGE, has been freakishly God driven in my life for a few weeks. I was even talking about it today.

I have no doubt, what. so. ever. that our sweet Lord just took me here and then whispered, "Just wanted to remind you." Ah, so good to us, isn't he.

So, with that being said, thanks for listening to the Holy Spirit

Randy - your river Jordan is right there in front of you. God will reveal it to you in His time :-)

Jason - it sounds like you're already stepping into the river. God won't let you be swept away, but remember Peter and Jesus walking on the water. Have faith and don't doubt or your own doubts can make you start to drown!

Katdish - Be willing to take a risk and step out in faith despite what your pride tells you! God will do mighty things through you (and he already is).

Robin - Keep trusting and obeying. God will not let you down!

Dude, definately my felt call to go to seminary. I really never had that idea on my own, and now that I am in the middle of the application proces, I have no idea what God wants me there for, I just know that I have to trust and obey in this, even when I can't see.

Whew! So many things. Tasks that I know I am capable of if only my pride does not stand in the way.

Thanks, Peter. This was very good and very challenging.

It may not be easy, but I choose faith! I sorta feel at the moment that balance is my Jordan. I know if God has called me to do what I'm doing, there is grace and a way to see it all happen in His time. I trust Him though because like Randy said, that's where the peace, rest, joy, etc. is. Who wants to live in the other?

Good question brother. "Without words I am!"

Like you, I have some uphill battles that require faith- and I fall back unto my faith- with not so noble motives. I am so easily annoyed with the attributes that come with a lack of faith. (Fear, questions, wrestling, impatience, my own ability, etc, etc. ) Faith is so much easier. (peace, rest, assurance, confidence, joy, anointing, etc, etc.)

What is my Jordan? Processing. It could be around the next bend of life, and knowing my luck, right after a spring flood. LOL!
