		<description>Wow, you have sadly described too many of our churches and how those &quot;outside&quot; see it.  Not only may  the &quot;Phils&quot; have a hard time feeling wanted, you might have a hard time if you are a teenager who dresses a little oddly or doesn&#039;t fit the clean cut preppy mold, a person who has never grown up in a &quot;christian&quot; enviornment and doesn&#039;t know the way things are done at church, a single person over the age of oh lets say 30........  I&#039;ve told my husband before I get why some people don&#039;t want anything to do with Chrisitianity.  I guess the only thing to do, is start with ourselves and reach out and welcome those people. Well said.</description>
