This week is Thanksgiving week and I am VERY thankful for the opportunities I’ve had to go to and speak at various blog conferences over the last couple of years. So, to show how thankful I am, I’m giving away two tickets to one of the best blog / new media conferences on the planet – NMX.

When I think back over the last few years, there have been a lot of pivotal moments in the development of my business and in finding future opportunities and most of them have come at conferences.

You can go to conferences for many different reasons, to learn, to network, to get ideas, to socialize with online friends both new and old or even to drum up new business. What you get out of it though is rarely what you expected and most often far greater than you had even hoped.

I have the honor of speaking at NMX for the second time this coming January. Well… the first time, NMX was called BlogWorld but they changed the name to something more all-encompassing.

NMX treat their attendees and speakers VERY well and, as a speaker, they offered me two free tickets to give away on this blog so you can come join me there and experience the wonders of a new media conference for yourself.

Here’s the details:

NMX is being held at the Rio hotel in Las Vegas from Sunday January 6th, 2013 to Tuesday January 8th, 2013. There are three ticket options available:

1. A virtual ticket (currently $197) so you can experience the conference from the comfort of your home or office
2. An exhibit hall only pass (currently $67) which lets you in to the packed exhibit hall to meet all the sponsors but doesn’t allow you access to the speaker sessions.
3. A three-day conference pass (currently $297) which lets you in to all speaker sessions, the exhibit hall and all NMX parties
4. The All-Access pass, which not only lets you in to all of the NMX stuff but also lets you attend the BusinessNext conference which is being held at the same time.

Because NMX are awesome, the passes I’m giving away are three day conference passes, which give you access to all the NMX stuff for the full three days of the conference.
